Put your feet in luke warm water for 15 min. After that apply glycerine every night. It feels sticky but its surely gives you relief. And after rubbing with pumic stone apply oil on heels.

Put your feet in warm water for 10 minutes daily for 4 to 5 days, and thereafter apply Calendula ointment. Do not move bare feet. Better wear socks for said period.
