Hi Doctor, My husband fell from bike due to bike skid.As a result of this crack formed on the right leg ankle bone.Please check the attachment of the x-ray.Kindly provide the solution for this.Is it cured by any general process or requires a surgery

Fracture Medial Malleolus. Higher chances of non-union if managed with plaster application. Surgery ORIF, should be done
