Cow ghee for swollen terbinate

My left side middle and inferior terbinates are swollen, due to which I have blocked nose all the time. Is it safe to put Desi cow ghee in my nostrils at night before bed for shrinking the swollen terbinates?

If possible take panchakarma therapy ........I.e nasya karma and dhoompana.....Is good for u .....
