I have taken covishield vaccine two days ago since then I am suffering from gastric problem Is this vaccine safe for gastric patients

Yes , usually gastric problem has not been seen after using vaccine. What symptoms actually r u facing in gastric upset thing u didn’t mentioned. Is there any fever also
