My mother is an  asthma patient taking ipravent and foracort nebulizer daily. She is allergy to some medicine like mox group etc. Taking telma40 and cilacar 10 mg for BP.  Nefrosave tab for creatine level 1.2 Is it advisable to vaccinate for cov8d, if so, covishield or covaxin

yes she can take vaccine..in her case observe for 30 minutes after vaccination.. covishield and covaxin both are safe..
