My Father has IgE Leve 600. He has asthma, Bronchitis, Diabeties, High BP and he is allergic to citric as he gets cold and cough after consuming anything citrus. Is it safe for him to get Covid Vaccine? One of the doctor said that he should not take because there can be server allergic reactions Please guide us
