My grandfather has got his 1 st dose of vaccination on  now he has to take his second vaccination  but he got affected with covid a few days later  and now ,when he was going to take his second dose of vaccination which time is better to get vaccine after getting covid positive .

The new guidelines say that you should wait for 6 months after recovery from covid19 to take the vaccination. However, if you were not hospitalized for the same then you may take the vaccine 8-12 weeks after stopping the covid19 related prescribed medications.
