Hi, Today I have taken 1st dose of covishield. Since evening I have headache and after one hour of vaccine jab I smoke 1 cigarette only. Though I am not a regular smoker. Do I need to worry about my headache ? Can I eat meat tonight or any nonveg food ??

Nothing to worry. Take lots of liquids You can take dolo if severe headache. Food no restriction. Avoid smoking.
