Do I need to take test as I am feeling feverish from yesterday. Will rtpcr give right results since I have mild symptoms

Yes . RT pcr is far more reliable than rapid antigen test. Better first you take rt pcr test. If the result is negative and u still have symptoms, you take a ct scan of chest. And consult a near by physician. Don't worry.
