I was tested positive 19 days back and now I am fine. Spo2 remains above 97. Yesterday my CT score came 7. Do I need any medicines or it will automatically recover?

Changes in lungs due to pneumonia take time to heal. Sometimes not completely. If u r asymptomatic, do chest physiotherapy , breathing exercise , steam inhalation and regular follow up with a chest consultant as you may require some supportive treatment. These lung patches can cause recurrent chest infection sometimes if u don’t follow a healthy lifestyle for next few months. No smoking, and stay away from anything that can cause irritation in respiratory tract- like pollution, or any sort of fumes.
