My aunt has been tested positive before 4 days back..and she is suffering from fever..she is having medicine for fever but fever is not recovering..after every 4 5 hours fever is coming back..Please suggest what to do in this case

If fever is more than 100 give tablet dolo. Please mention temperature measurements. Monitor spo2 , maintain hydration and multivitamins
