I had a covid positive before 4 weeks i dont have any issue right now but after i affected i feel heart beat is high and feel i can feel speed heartbeat in my while body while lyng down it getting increase unable breath properly oxygen levels are good but heart beat goes upto 110 taken ecg tats normal what should i do
