Get Covid RTPCR test done. Start Dolo650 SOS Start Ivermectin 12mg once daily for 3days. Vitamin C twice daily, zinc twice daily. Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 3days.

Given the current covid pandemic that is going on, its best to do RTPCR test for covid first and then proceed accordingly. If it is positive, you need to start specific medicines for covid, if negative then you will be treated for respiratory infection.
