Don't worry dear , if your Spo2 is 98%. I had given treatment over 5k COVID19 Positive. Take your medication on time. You should do deep breathing exercise twise a day. Take deep and long inspire and exhale slowly.
Next Steps
You should do Spot running exercise for one minute of three set with few seconds rest between each set.

If ur saturation s gud n u don have any other symptoms... then nothing to worry even though u r covid +ve , just follow the treatment  prescribed to u...  n 98% saturation without O2 supplement s damm gud.. n coming to ur point normal resp rate in adult is 12 to 16 cycles per min... but I strongly suggest u too practice pranayama exercises...

There is no stipulated timeline for breathing exercises. It’s just about being positive. Breathing exercise can be done thrice daily and monitoring vitals regularly.
