I am 34 weeks pregnant and yesterday I found out that I am covid positive too. Since 3 days( day 3 today) I have recurring fever , which has gone upto 100.2 max till now. My tongue feel extremely hot as if set on fire. Palms and feet also feel as if on fire. Alongside I have cold and mild throat ache and lots of headache especially in between and near the eyebrows which ocassionally goes up to the mid brain section and forebrain ( sometimes simultaneously sometimes separately). Moreover my chest ( probably that would be the apex of the trachea) starts aching when I cough( which isn't often ) and also when I yawn. The baby movements are normal when I don't have temperature but movement subsides when I am feeling down. What course of medicine can I take now at this stage? Does mother being covid positive have severe implications on foeatus health? Please help me as to what can I/ should i do now?
