Covid positive 2 year old toddler(boy)

From the past 1 day he hasn't been eating properly he only ate oats other than that nothing he doesn't have any other symptoms her mother is covid positive too she has fever and cough and the baby doesn't stay away from her. I wanted to ask can we feed him something sweet? As he likes to eat sweet things. Thanks :)
