I am 20 years old male, i am having covid since last 10 days, been using medicines given by the government, i have tested again and i am positive, need few suggestions regarding this issue and any changes to be made in medicine NOTE: I AM HAVING NO SYMPTOMS FROM DAY 1 TO TILL DATE.
