Covid doubts for intake of blood thinner

My mother COVID , CT scan score 9/25 and CRP 108 on 6-7 day around now it's her around 10th day Taking these medicine Ivermectin Lemcee Azithromycin Cobadex csz Macpred 16 Raxodox lb Calpol 650 Montelukast Rantac MPS suspension Does any one of them contains blood thinners if not is it required seeing the CT and CRP results If yes which medicine and howany days Is this CT and CRP dangerous though she started steroids macpred on 6th day and symptoms improved Please resolve both my doubts

Definitely she need antiplatelet and anticoagulant .steroid is best in this condition...If CRP Is Raise then Definitely D DIMER would be raise also...She need anticoagulant ASAP...

She has mild Covid infection according to CT scan report of 9/25. However CRP is high. I do not know the constituents of Raxodox lb, if it is Doxycycline, then you can start aspirin 75mg once daily, but get the platelet count done before that, it should be normal.
