Ct value or Cycle Threshold on an RT PCR test just tells you how much is your viral load. Lower your Ct value, higher is your viral load. It basically means the number of cycles the machine had to run before it could detect the virus in your sample. The Ct value in the RT PCR test does not affect you or your COVID infection in anyway. You don't need to worry about it. You don't have to take any 'extra' precautions. You have to take the same precautions as any other COVID positive patient - Home isolation, adequate rest, etc.

It's nothing important just relax. Take symptomatic treatment if any symptoms. Increase vit c intake. Drink plenty of water with ORS.
