Hello I tested for covid igg and the value was 4.93.greater than 1 is positive according to test.what it means? I had covid infection in sep 2020. Can I go outside for walk now??as I have observed that going outside is still not giving me infection or wait8 for sometime. I think sitting at home idle would weaken my immune system! Please suggest some remedies ?
