Covid Antibody

CLIA test shows antibody but ELISA doesn't. What does this mean? Have been exposed to covid march end. Is the test wrong?

There is no point in doing an antibody test within 3 months of the infection as it can still show a positive result due to viral shedding. But it doesn't mean that you are currently infected or you are in a position to transmit the disease either.
Next Steps
Repeat the antibody after completing 3-4 months post covid infection.

For clarification you need to share both the reports, discrepancy  although can be explained. As per now you can consider CLIA superior.. But need to review both the reports first before concluding anything.
