Hi, i was diagnosed with periodic paralysis in 2019 and took Diamox for treatment. I do not currently show symptoms. I want to know in case i am infected with Covid19, will the effect be worse than normal for me due to the existing periodic paralysis condition?

As such there is no specific data available to say that periodic paralysis worsens outcome of COVID19. you should get vaccinated as per government guidelines.
