My Grandfather is suffering From fatigue and vomiting along cough, he couldn't either vomit or cough out properly. He isn't willing to eat anything, what to do to gain his strength back and make him feel easy with vomiting and cough

If ur grandfather is covid positive plz then get him admitted as he is high risk category ... Also need more details about personal history before advising any meds ... Keep him well hydrated with coconut water and normal water ... Monitor saturation and vitals ... Plz take a physician consult for proper guidance
