Which medicine to use for covid currently taking toxim200 but cough not stopping please help Asap thanks

If dry cough take syp grillinctus 10ml two times aday and if associated with sputum take syp ascoril Ls 20ml 3 times a day and take zinc 50mg and vit c 500mg and do the other investigations and consult to any physician
