Covid 19. Symptoms

I have diagnosed with covid on 25 Jan 2022 at ct 23.20. I did the re test on 30 Jan 2022 and ct was 25. Today I did the test again an now ct value is 23.50. I have coughing and sore throat only. I am only taking vitamin b and citizen or allegra. What should I do. Is this severe. What medicine I should take. I dont have fever.
