Covid 19 Result Doubt

Sir/madam, My wife had tested covid 19 positive on 27 April and the same day I also tested RTPCR negative. The same day we have isolated and our son has been taken care by my in laws. Yesterday we have tested and my wife result came as negative (antigen) and I have tested RTPCR which shows am positive and I don't have any symptoms also. My doubt is 1.Whether my wife can now go to my son. Does infection affect my son. My son is now having sneezing (some time) only. 2.my Test is showing positive and I don't have any symptoms. Should I go for antigen test. If antigen is negative what shall I do. Whether I need to be quarantine again or can go with my family.
