Post nasal drip is the early sign of Covid 19 or just allergies? Also i have nose burning sensation and itchy. No other symptoms. Any medications required to manage this symptom?

It's most probably a condition called Allergic Rhinitis. Avoid exposure to dust or anything that triggers a running nose. You can take one Tab. Levocetrizine 10 mg tonight after dinner, should do the work.
