Covid 19 medication for week 2

My mother has taken covid-19 medicine for 1 week now..Below are the medicine which she has taken Feviflu Dexamethasone Dolo Zincovit Limcee Ivermiticin Symptoms have started from 1 Sep and she was tested positive on 4th Sep..She has taken medicine for 1 week after that and bp,fever,oxygen and pulse is fine and under control now...She is having breathlessness now and no other symptoms are there.Her reports are still positive after 1 week of medication . Do we have to continue the medicine?i.e.feviflu , dexamethasone .Doc has prescribed hcqs for week 2.

Continue your Multivitamins and Supplements plus no need to restart  Fabiflu,Ivermmectin and dexamethasone. Make a vital charring of BP, Temperature, SpO2 If Breathing  Difficulties is significant then Hospitalization and Oxygen support Required.

In covid positive case 7,8,9 day crucial oxygen saturation if below 92 adv oxygen Inhalation and steroids ingection and crp esr and  other investigation required
