Couldn't breath and sleepless at night

After going to bed, after 2-3 hours, am unable to breathe, chest is heavy accompanied by cough with sputum and it makes me sleepless after that . If am sitting am okay.. and when I lie down in bed again I feel breathless. It becomes Normal during day only with slight dough. This is frequent now.. Can someone say what it is and whom to see pls ?
