Why does my aunt coughs on laughing hardly? She is a stroke patient. Is this anything related to heart / lungs?

Dear friend, since she is a stroke patient, because of poor muscle control, while laughing she might aspirate some saliva into her wind pipe. That is the reason she gets cough. Do regular chest physio therapy and continue other medications properly. Nothing to worry about this. Hope this helps. regards.
