I have allergic rhinosinusitis and for that I take antihistamine. But anytime I have inflammation mucus gets accumulated in my throat and creates a weird sound which is very irritating and also I do cough up jelly like mucus balls( attaching pic for reference from internet ). What are they?

Antihistamine are not supposed to be taken with this condition.  Steam inhalation Avoid cold food Consult for detailed treatment
