I am suffering from cough and cold but while coughing i am not able to take out cough out of my throat . please suggest me some medications or natural remedies so that i can remove cough from my throat fast.

Hello, You can try salt water gurgling 4-6 Times and and the results you see will be surprising and that has to be done for 3 days atleast. Thank you

Salt water gargling, talk less, and i think its dry cough so you can ask for a cough syrup for dry cough and for cold steam inhalation should help(better if a sinarest vapocap is added to it) for symptomatic relief.
