Baby had cold for a week,fever for 2 days as using calpol fever not there and doctor suggested to use sinarest for cold but cough didn't reduced by using this.,while coughing able to sense mucus clearly and running nose reduced.not understanding which syrup for cough by now? Baby 11 months now
