Having body pain and headache. Also having a running nose. Unable to breath normally. Have severe irritation in throat while coughing. Temperature status is up n down. Please suggest some medication

take tab azithromycin 500 mg once fr 5 days tab pan 40 mg once fr 5 days tab dolo 8hrly till fever persist syp grilinctus 2 tbs thrice a day tab limcee once a day fr 15 days
