I have suffering from cough several days..next time I meet a doctor and the advice me some medicine..the medicine are.(1) zinox 200mg (2)telekast (3) a cough syrup..my problem is that the zinox 200mg tablet is most costly..so tell me this type other medicine name (zinox 200mg type alternative medicine name )

Zinox is GARENOXIN which is a newer fluroquinalones antibiotic. Since it is a advanced antibiotic it is expensive. Your doctor must have reason to give such an advanced antibiotic, so it is recommended to follow his instructions rather than changing the antibiotics. All the commercials GARENOXIN preparations are expensive
