I have heavy cough and becuase of cough my ear is not working i listen very slowlly and some time is ok and some time is not ok

As per your description you might have developed eutachian tube dysfunction.. associated with otitis media of effusion.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.. and treatment..
