I am suffering with dry cough since 4-5 days. I take steam, kaadha, hot beverages and swasaari syrum everyday, but still I am not well...what should I do, please suggest me

Are there any other associated symptoms like fever, weakness and body aches? If yes, consider getting a covid test If not, it could be a throat infection, continue what you're doing. If it doesn't get better, consult a doctor.
