You will have to specify what tests you have given . Cough can be due varied reasons . Night time aggravation in cough can also be due to various reasons - acidity , asthma , osa , heart problems etc to name a few . The basic investigations like ecg , X-ray chest , Pft etc can rule out different causes should be done .
