Hope u r not taking any medicine for blood pressure , HAPPY TO KNOW THAT U STOPPED SMOKOING , GOOD JOB FOR GOD SAKE NEVER STOP AGAIN . I will suggest always take little hot water , some Ayurvedic lozenges by Himalaya or Cipla or any else. U can also take omeperazole 10or rebiperazole 20 on empty stomach to take care of acidity if any. Avoid spicy , no cold. Write detail history
