You may take novomax 625( antibiotic)-it is safe in pregnancy if you have infection.Instead of sinarest you may take cetzine 10 mg at night for 3 days if you have troublesome cold.saline nasal drops 2 drops in each nostril every 4 to 6 hrs for nose block.
