Hello I'm Dr Yogesh Kumar Sharma. Very good evening. This could be a chest infection if not adequately controlled by antibiotics and could be Pulmonory Tuberculosis. Kindly don't delay and consult a doctor and also there is a wet or dry cough. If you feel breathing difficulty,  it will severely decrease your quality of life. Please consult a doctor, this is weird for me Carrying such uneasiness for 3 long weeks. Don't loose heart.  Doctors are there for your wellbeing.
