I have been suffering from cough from past 4 weeks and feeling like mucus struck at throat area ,I have to clear throat always I took tablets syrup but it's not going away I have tonsils also

It may be due to chronic pharyngitis or acid reflex. You need treatment for the same. Avoid taking spicy food, masala food. Drink plenty of water. ENT doctor consultaion.
