Continuous cough only for 2 weeks cannot be a suspicion for TB , may be other features like recent weight loss , night sweats , rise of your body temperature only in the evenings and cough for long time could suggest TB. Hemogram showing raised ESR indicates some infection that could be major or even minor. So only hemogram doesn’t signify anything . Have proper cough suppressants , avoid cold exposures external and also in intake. If you are really worried , go for a chest X-ray, and sputum test , that too after proper symptomatic treatment for cough. Wish you recover fast.
