Hi I am 29yrs old female. I am having cough for last 7days mostly dry cough and pain in right side rib cage and back for last 3-4days. And more while coughing and while sleeping

you have got respiratory tract infection. have to consult a physician. Take Xray chest to rule out pleural effusion. Most probably will need antibiotic treatment.
