I have a sinusitis, from past few days I am suffering from cough and nose block, after sneezing multiple time both nostrils get blocked and I am using otrivin oxy for it

-Tab lukotas hd twice a day aftr meal -Syrp koflet 2 tsp twice a day after meal -Ezicas AZ nasal spray 1 puff two time a day morning and evening time -Take steam inhalataion for 15 min at one time for three times a day and then put xylomist nasal drops 2 drops in one nostril three times a day
