Suffering from cough and nasal congestion from 2 day. Taking Azithromycin 250 and xydrill syrup for cough no relief any best result for cough..no travel history so I should worry for covid19

Covid 19 chances are low if no history of travel , sick contacts, going out, someone came to house from outside. Getting fever, breathlessness. For cough and nasal congestion you can add decongestant and some different syp which are antitussive
