My son is ailed with cough and cold from last 6 days. First 2 days he has fever around 100f. After 2 days fever subside but till now facing coughing issue. I m giving him paracetamol syrup and cefacel of dry syrup a/c to a physician but cough issue is not relieving. Kindly suggest appropriate med.
