Cough like you are describing is mainly due to nose block and aerophagia (swallowed air) in babies Do proper BURPING after each feeding Give EXCLUSIVE BREAST FEEDING Avoid formula feeding and feeding bottles Apply Saline nasal drops 2 drops in each nostril 2 hourly Give drop Simethicone 10 drops every 6 hourly for 10 days
