I am 16 years old and from childhood, having problem of cough and cold,due to which I also have headache. please suggest me a home made idea to solve this

you seem to be suffering from allergic airway disease since childhood. you need to avoid dust by using facemasks. also use clean water. take regular steam inhalations other than that you need to take long term anti allergy medications
