Hello doctor, I have been suffering from cold and dry cough for last 1 week. I tried some home remedies but it didn't help.Currently I am having honitus syrup. What should I do now. Which medicines should be taken?

As per your description you might have post nasal drip.. rhinosinusitis should also be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and get treated accordingly..
